Bicycles are a great way to exercise, get around busy cities quickly, and reduce your carbon footprint. However, bicycle accidents are quite common when travelling, thanks to other road users and poor road conditions. Therefore, bicycle accidents can be extremely dangerous to the rider, even if riding with full protective gear. When this happens, cyclists are entitled to claim compensation for their injuries.

A further six cyclists came forward with injury claims between 2012 and April 2014, however none of them received any compensation.
